Movement Sequences - Integration

Movement Sequences - Flow
In the Flow section you'll incorporate a focus on the pelvic floor area and it's connection to the inner thigh area, hip mobility and stability, lengthening and strengthening of the psoas, and overall core and leg strengthening in exercises like hinges, leg slides, single leg balancing, and lunges.
